Saskia Fischer (*1986 Stuttgart, Germany) is an interdisciplinary artist working with images, objects, texts, and environments. Saskia contributed to exhibitions at Tenderpixel in London, UK; Kunsthaus Bethanien and Kaskl Galerie in Berlin, Germany; Bon Art Book Fair, Tehran, Iran; Santacroce, Altamura, Italy; Caffè Internazionale, Palermo, Italy; Kunsthaus Essen, Germany; EKA and Rundum in Tallinn, Estonia; and the Manifesta 10 parallel programme in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Also in 2015, she published Räige Päike, a monograph placing her photographic research in Estonia alongside collaborations from a local music group, a writer, two designers, and a typographer. Saskia studied postgraduate fine art at Goldsmiths College in London (2018), photography at Folkwang University in Essen (2015), sculpture and installation at EKA Tallinn (2014), and economics at HfWU Nürtingen (2009).
