Manuela Luterbacher is a Swiss multidisciplinary artist, performer and curator, known for blending different art forms and creating interactive experiences. Her current projects merge culinary and performing arts, offering unique journeys of taste, visuals, and performance. Her work focuses on the idea of hosting and discovering new ways to bring people together. As a curator, she focuses on making art accessible by integrating it into everyday life. She believes in creating connections through art, beyond traditional boundaries.
Manuela studied Post-Industrial and Process Design at HyperWerk in Basel and Psychology in Fribourg. She co-founded the performance collective PERFORM PERFORM and has curated various art events and exhibitions across Switzerland. She served as the artistic co-director for Bagno Popolare in Baden, where she merged art with the experience of bathing. And she worked as a cultural agent in schools, fostering creativity through artistic projects.
